Details you give us: when you use a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about your project.
Technical details: your IP address and browser details are saved with each form submission and may appear in our server logs.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and prepare quotes.
To provide the services you ask for and keep records of our work with you.
To protect this website from spam and misuse.
To understand how the website is used, where you allow this through your cookie choices.

We only collect what we need for these purposes. We process your information because you’ve asked us to, because it’s needed to provide a service, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and protecting our business.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run this website and our business, and when the law requires it. These providers include our web host, our email provider, and Google, which provides the reCAPTCHA spam check on our forms and website statistics if you allow them.

Some of these providers store information outside South Africa. Where that happens, we rely on providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable to POPIA.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or for as long as the law requires. After that, we delete it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. If we believe your personal information has been accessed by someone without permission, we’ll notify the Information Regulator and you, as POPIA requires.
